“我”是最大的障礙（中英雙語）

所有一切的方便法，就為瞭破這個“我”啊，不修行你不知道。不修行，這是我，我是男的，我是女的，我是幹嘛的，我姓什麼叫什麼？修行才知道，就因為這個“我”是最大的障礙。然後你能熟練地調禦這個“我”，所以佛陀又叫調禦丈夫。

All kinds of expedient means are used to break the ‘I’。 You will only know this through practice. If you don’t practice, you will have perceptions such as ‘I am a male’， ‘I am a female’， ‘I work as this’， ‘My surname is this and my name is that’。 Through practice, we will come to know that ‘self’ is the biggest barrier. When you can skillfully tame the ‘I’， you will be like the Buddha, who is also known as the Tamer.
