無主就是沒有主宰，大地不屬於任何一個人，多少人都死瞭，多少人又生瞭，可大地還是依然如此。我們的身體如同大地一樣，每天成千上萬個細胞死掉，成千上萬個細胞出生，可身體還是那樣，我們感覺不出變化，所以是無主的。你千萬不要以為自己是身體的主宰，你主宰不瞭，它完全按照既定的程序運轉，從來都不聽你的話。你想讓它長得漂亮點，它偏偏不好看；想讓它無病無惱，它天天不是這裡疼就是那裡癢；想讓它長生不老，那根本不可能，生的時候不知道怎麼回事就生瞭，死的時候也不會告訴你一聲就走瞭，根本不受我們的主宰。

A thing without owner is that has no master. The earth does not belong to anyone, no matter how many people die, or how many people born. But the earth is still like that. Our bodies are like the earth. Thousands of cells die and born day by day. But the body has no change that we can feel. So the body is ownerless. Do not think that you are the master of your body.
